Bookings and cancellation policy
Here at Lilac Rose, we have a strict cancellation policy in place, to be fair to all our guests. We ask that you respect and agree to the policy before you book a service with us.
• A non - non-refundable booking fee of $100 is required for all cosmetic tattooing procedures. This can be done as a bank deposit or over the phone payment. The $100 will be used on your treatment day.
• We ask that you please give us 48 hours’ notice if having to cancel your appointment. We understand things can change and you may need to change your appointment but Changing, cancelling, or rescheduling your appointment with less than 48 hours ‘ notice will result in the forfeit of your booking fee. Thank you for understanding.
• No shows will result in losing your booking fee. For a new appointment, 100% of the payment will need to be taken at the new booking time.
• Cancellations are accepted by phone calls or SMS to 0430943022. If we are unable to get the the phone we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Appointment Policy
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your booked appointment time.
This time allows you to fill out any paperwork required and time to relax before we begin.
• Unfortunately if you arrive late to your appointment, time will not be extended.
• Please have all phones on silent during your appointment.
• Due to insurance guidelines and hazardous equipment use during procedures, it is not appropriate for any children/friends to accompany you to your appointment. If you bring your child you will be asked to reschedule, this will result in your booking fee being forfeited.
Gift Voucher Policy
Lilac Rose Cosmetic Tattoo | Beauty gift vouchers expire 12 months from the purchase date. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and can only be used in exchange for services or retail products (not redeemable for cash). For any remaining balance, it will be applied to the voucher as a credit. If lost, stolen or altered vouchers will not be redeemed.
Refund Policy
At Lilac Rose we go far and beyond to ensure every one of our guests is happy and satisfied with their new beauty treatment.
Our in-depth consultation and aftercare we provide are highly thorough, no refunds will be given under any circumstances for all services provided by Lilac Rose Cosmetic Tattoo | Beauty even in the unfortunate event of an allergic reaction.
No refund will be given on beauty products unless the product is redeemed faulty.
